Commercialhq is the management & operational arm for the Brand Group of developers. The group is made up of a number of companies who have a long and successful history of establishing commercial, retail and residential developments within the city of Gosford and it's surrounding areas.
Commercialhq continues to set the benchmark for commercial & retail centres, attracting a large number of national tenants (including Telstra, National Australia Bank, ANZ, CBA, DMG radio, Coles Myer, Balmain[nb]) who appreciate the high standard of building design & materials, architectural landscaping and paved driveways & carparks in central locations which provide easy access for customers.
The Brand Group has made a significant economic contribution in the region by generating local employment opportunities and providing services and amenities for residents of the central coast.
The Brand Group has a vision to develop strategic sites within Gosford and surrounding suburbs. As an established local family business, they have for many years had a strong commitment to develop Gosford into a vibrant city that is worthy of the pristine natural surrounding and strong community presence.

The Brand Group commenced work on the site in the late 1980's, which they named 'Fountain Plaza'. Mr. Brand's objective was to develop a commercial centre, which was of a superior quality to any other centres on the Central Coast. The first stage of this development, which was named 'Fountain Plaza', was so successful that Mr. Brand negotiated to purchase the allotment immediately adjacent to Fountain Plaza. An arcade was constructed to link the rear allotment with Fountain Plaza.
The new commercial precinct at the rear has been constructed in two stages, which have been named 'Fountain Corporate' (completed 2002) and 'Platinum' (completed 2006).

The Brand Group is now in the preliminary stages of planning to develop additional strategic sites in Erina, Gosford and Terrigal and to provide the community with high quality destination developments that compliment their surrounding environment.
